cf https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1660120#c20 as of now mozphab cant be installer on !tier1 because glean-sdk dep is pinned to 33.0.4 (since bug #1676220) and glean-sdk was fixed on BSD in https://github.com/mozilla/glean/pull/1363
can someone relax or update this dep ?

glean-sdk 33.10.1 appears to have wheels for Linux, Mac OS and Windows.
