Steps to reproduce:
When using the Console in the Developer tools, you can toggle the field that you want to see (Errors, Warnings, Logs, Requests, e.t.c).
Actual results:
The toggled-on options used to be highlighted, but they are not, as shown in the file.
Expected results:
I'd like to be able to distinguish between toggled-on and toggled-off options.

This looks like Bug 1590432, so I'm going to duplicate this bug in favor of the other one.
