User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:84.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/84.0

Steps to reproduce:

If you set "Delete browsing data on quit " isn't working.

Actual results:

the "Quit" button option in the menu is misleading since it will not make Firefox to quit and perform the "Delete browsing data on quit ".
So is a fake delete cookies function that isn't working for the way is designed on Android 10 last Firefox update 81.1.2

Expected results:

delete the history and cookies as I set in the option in Delete browsing data on quit

This is a serious privacy regression but it doesn't need to be a hidden bug since it's not a remote attack vector. (I have not confirmed this bug personally).
