User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:84.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/84.0
Steps to reproduce:
Using Windows 10, tap and move a graphics tablet pen to scroll a page, as you would with a touchscreen and your finger.
Actual results:
Text is selected, as it would if you use a mouse.
Expected results:
The page should have scrolled, the same way it works on Chromium browsers, the windows file explorer...

Hi Eudald, unfortunately I couldn't reproduce this issue with my Microsoft Surface pen. (Swiping with pen scrolls the page as expected.)
To reproduce the issue, could you share:
- The model names of your graphics tablet and pen
- A screenshot of Settings -> Pen & Windows Ink
Thanks!

I'm using the Huion HS64 tablet, and I had the same issue with my previous Huion 420. I uploaded my related tablet and windows settings. I have tried toggling all of these settings, and it didn't make any difference

Oh, I see the "Let me use my pen as a mouse in some desktop apps" option is ticked. This option disables scroll-by-pen feature, could you try disabling this and try again?

If I untick it, the only difference is that the selected text lights up when I lift the pen from the tablet, and keeps on selecting after being lifted until I click again, instead of selecting as a mouse would, starting and stopping when you click and stop clicking.

Sounds like a device specific compatibility issue, changing title as such.
Just in case, could you check what happens when you disable both Game Mode and the "pen as a mouse" settings?

Disabling game mode (with and without use pen as mouse) does nothing, according to this thread in the osu forums all it does is improve pointer fluidity, apparently.
