The full resource comment is "Please read the trademarks localization guide https://mozilla-l10n.github.io/styleguides/mozilla_general/index.html#brands-copyright-and-trademark". When the link is truncated, it's converted to https://mozilla-l10n.github.io/stylegui%E2%80%A6 leading to a 404 error. Clicking "see more" returns the correct link.
