[Preconditions]
Have VoiceOver enabled on MacOS (Command + F5)

[Steps to reproduce]

1. Open the Firefox browser from Terminal using the "-p" variable.
2. Uncheck the "Use the selected profile without asking at startup" option from the profile manager.
3. Reopen Firefox Using the VO commands.
4. Reach the Profile Manager window in order to create/modify/delete a profile or simply to start Firefox with a selected profile.

[Expected result]
The user should be able to reach the Profile Manager window using the VO commands.
The items from the Profile Manager should be detected by the Voice Over and they should be read out loud when highlighted.

[Actual result]
The User is unable to reach the Profile Manager window using the VO commands.
If the user reaches the profile manager using keyboard shortcuts VO will not read any of the items from the Profile Manager window.
