Distance should be 68px from the bottom of the search bar to the top of a topsite tile.

I have verified this task and I can confirm that the distance between "Top Sites" and the "Search Bar" is 68px.
Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (86.0a1 Build ID - 20210120095121) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.7, and Linux Mint 20 x64.
