Similar to Windows/Linux users, we should try shipping Software WebRender to any users who don't get (Hardware) WebRender by default on nightly.

Hi Andrew, now that the software webrender configuration is enabled for Nightly and early beta are we planning to also add some AWSY performance tests for this beside the Talos tests that we currently have?
