Save to Pocket button sign up only shows fxa option if you're signed into fxa
I'm not sure if this was a UX decision or something else.
However, someone still might want to use email to create their Pocket account. Should list all options.
I do think there is something we can do if they have a fxa account to make the fxa button more prominent, but I think removing the email button is a bit heavy.
