168725 - [10.3] Clicking on a link with ONFOCUS attribute does not load link

[Website Testing] According to the description at the URL, clicking on the link
should display a dialog through JavaScript. Then, once the dialog is dismissed,
the link should continue to load.

Instead, upon clicking "OK" in the dialog, Chimera (build ID 2002091305, Mac OS
10.2) acts as if the link had been clicked, held, and dragged to wherever the
cursor is when the dialog is dismissed. Because of this behavior, the link does
not load. The only way I found to work around this problem is to tab to the
link, then hit Return to load it after dismissing the dialog.

Confirmed using Chimera/2002090913 on 10.1.5. It WorksForMe using
FizzillaCFM/2002091014. Note also that Chimera fires the anchor onfocus each
time the containing window or tab is focused (Mozilla doesn't).

With 2005-02-17, the test works except that the dialog displays twice.  The link
is followed, so the bug description should be updated.

Mass un-setting milestone per 1.6 roadmap.

Filter on RemoveRedonkulousBuglist to remove bugspam.

Developers: if you have a patch in hand for one of these bugs, you may pull the bug back to 1.6 *at that point*.
