Steps to reproduce:

• Go to printing, preview page
• Scale the printing to 80%
• Click on "print", confirm subsequent dialogs

Actual results:

It printed at 100% scale.

Expected results:

Print at 80% scale.

Does it also hang with version 91? Printing is substantially changed in 91

I don't have v91 to try it. Please don't close this bug unless you have confirmation that is fixed.

Fwiw, this also works for me in 78.14.0 (32-bit).
In print preview, I changed scaling to 80% and then used print button from the preview. The new scaling factor is also remembered for subsequent prints which do not go through print preview.
