Google Play will be requiring any apps uploaded to the Play Store after November 1st 2021 to support Android API version 30 (Android 11). We need to bump the SDK and deal with any fallout from this before we ship Gecko v95 on November 2nd. Gecko v95 Nightly development is from September 6th through the 30th soft code freeze.
