User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/86.0.4240.198 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

I did edit an existing html file.

Actual results:

HTML-encoded letters like ä etc. were encoded with Windows-1252 afterwards.

Chancing the view of the text encoding did not have any effect. However there is the option to "save and change text encoding". But this will use "windows-1252" for "western" instead of ISO-8859-15. UTF-8 is also missing.

Expected results:

There should be the option to chose between ISO-8859-15, UTF-8 and HTML encoding (ä etc.) instead of "western" which just does something weired like using "windows-1252".

Version: SeaMonkey 2.53 Branch → SeaMonkey 2.53
