the site that kills mozilla 1.1 on MacOSX 10.2 is www.dimmak.net
Summary: going to this web site kills the current browser instance → going to www.dimmak.net kills the current browser instance
Probably dup of bug 154699. There's a java applet on the page.

WFM - Mozilla 1.1 & linux 2.4.10 with Java(TM) Plug-in 1.3.1_02-b02
I confirm this crasher bug. It is NOT limited to OS 10.x.
Mac OS 9.2.2 English-North American. Have ‘Modern’ theme installed.
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020915
Build ID 2002091503.
This is an apparent dupe of bug # 154699 which was *supposedly* fixed before Moz
1.1 was released. N.B. dupes of bug # 154699 get filed every day, so it is
plainly not fixed at all--for instance, today we also have, so far, bug # 168871
and bug # 168872.
I attached my binhexed MacsBug stdlog file of the crash.
The fix for bug 154699 is NOT in Mozilla 1.1 - thus the many dups. See comment
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154699#c65
Resolving as dup.
