This is a meta bug to track Gecko 2.0 work.  The first step would be attaching
http://rocknroll.mcom.com/users/marek/publish/Gecko/Gecko2Tasks.html so that
non-Netscape developers can get to it too...  Hard to collaborate on a design if
you don't get to see the plans, you know.
