On Nightly, we continue to initialize the rest of the origins even if one of them failed to be initialized to get as many results as possible. We should only report the failures for the first run such that we won't get the same results multiple times from a user and a session.

We should allow telemetry to report QM_TRY failures only on the first attempt too.
