The contextual menu item labels for "Open All in Tabs" (available when contextual clicking on a bookmark folder) should be updated to include copy when:
pressing shift = Open All in New Window
Chromium has a similar feature (attached).

To clarify, I made this change per the comment from Blake Winton (:bwinton):
