We should have something like toolkit/components/extensions/test/mochitest/test_ext_clipboard_image.html for clipboard.write with PNGs.

There are already existing WPT for this. So it think it's easier to add a very simple clipboard.read implementation using ClipboardItem so we don't have to write our own.
