Attachment: Bug 1689914 - Part 1: Specify input source name explicitly for each action sequence in the test;

This is another example of https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/issues/25651,
the test doesn't specify the source name, but expect the input state is preserved
between actions.

This is a test bug, per https://w3c.github.io/webdriver/#dfn-perform-a-pointer-move,
move from (30,30) to (30,30) is a no-op.
