Steps to reproduce:

Draw onto a canvas. Record the canvas using canvas.captureStream() and MediaRecorder. Playback the recording using MediaSource and Blob URL with Blob in dataavailable event.

Actual results:

Transparency in canvas is not encoded in resulting WebM file.
