User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:87.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/87.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start PiP
  2. Move the window to the upper left corner.
  3. Stop/start PiP repeatedly.

In case it is important, I use the KWin window manager.

Actual results:

The window gets smaller and moves towards the bottom right corner after every time you start/stop PiP.

Expected results:

Bisection points to Bug 1683075.

At step 2, put the window near the upper left corner, don't let it snap to it, otherwise it won't move.

This might be fixed already. Does not happen to me anymore in Manjaro.

Yes, it was fixed in Bug 1755706. I'll mark it as duplicate.

Although ESR v.91 is still affected, creating a KWin rule to set the initial size/position of the PiP window, is an effective workaround.
