The sidebar is completely blank when the application is started. To make it appear:

1. View > Show/Hide > UNcheck Sidebar
2. View > Show/Hide > Check Sidebar

This will work until application is quitted and restarted. Then you must repeat.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Mozilla browser.
2. Drag or double click sidebar partition.
3.

Actual Results:  
The sidebar is blank. No tabs, no nothin'.

Expected Results:  
Displayed the sidebar components - tabs, search, history etc.

I can make the sidebar appear by:

1. View > Show/Hide > UNcheck Sidebar
2. View > Show/Hide > Check Sidebar

This will work until application is quitted and restarted. Then you must repeat.
