Steps to reproduce:

Using firefox (wayland enabled) on sway.

I have a laptop to which I sometimes connect an external display. My laptop screen runs at 2x scale and the external display runs at 1x scale (not sure if it matters). When firefox is on the external display, ~50% of the time when downloading a file the popup window will be transparent. If firefox is displayed on the laptop screen this does not seem to be an issue.

Actual results:

Download popup window is sometimes transparent (see screenshot).

Expected results:

Download window should never be transparent.
