Viewing the source and scrolling along past a certain point will crash galeon and Gnome. My current Mozilla version (I'm going to update this evening): Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020607 <developer build> I'll test Mozilla Navigator 1.1 later and report any difference. There's another report about this USA Today file attached to <a href="http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124361">bug 124361</a>. Perhaps they're related, thought I don't see how.

worksforme with linux 1.0 release and trunk build 2002091621
WFM with build 2002092010, Linux 2.4.19 i686, XFree86-4.2.0, KDE 3.0.0
Shawn, would you kindly upgrade Mozilla to 1.1 or 1.2 alpha and see if this problem still occurs for you? Thank you.
Sorry, Philip. I just wiped Redhat. I do recall having that same problem after updating, but I was having lots of problems with that version and if nobody else can confirm it, I don't know what to say. WFM now on a Debian Woody build. I'll play with my prefs and go back and try again, but am not expecting any troubles.
Thanks for your prompt reply, Shawn. As you say you've been having a lot of problems with that install of Linux and no one else can reproduce this problem, I am resolving this WFM.
