I'm not sure where we'd track these OOM bugs, it's something more pertinent to Core than General, and we were looking for a component where someone with memory expertize could have a look at it and maybe find a meta/dupe. We can keep it in General, but the risk is that it will just stay there forever without any attention. If you know of a better and more specific component feel free to further move it.
