Currently we test site permissions by opening the identity panel: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/f982032c7c7618c626165bb557968f478a1952dc/browser/tools/mozscreenshots/mozscreenshots/extension/configurations/ControlCenter.jsm#103-140
Bug 1596897 moves permissions to a separate panel.
We should update the mozscreenshots code to open the new permission panel.
