These tests all pass on at least some products on wpt.fyi:

Whether the tests match spec requirements was not evaluated. That many
pass on some browsers and fail on others means they are exposing some
interoperability issue, which is valuable even if the pass condition
turns out to be wrong.

support/border.png already exists and was exactly the same file, so the
vendor-imports copy is deleted.
