Details

It was recently removed from the spec in favor of controlling the justification opportunities for bopomofo. We should probably remove it as well: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/3b8c3d5bcb85cd9c6288733dd3bc93ea2a833605/layout/style/res/html.css#897-899
