We should try to improve Telemetry for HTTPS-Only, so we can answer the following questions:

  • How many resource loads (including content type) are already https?
  • How many resource loads (including content type) can be successfully upgraded to https?
  • How many page loads exhibit subresource load failures?

Probably there are even more questions we want to have answered, but the important question is: How many resource loads (top-level and subresource) fail using https.
