Are we sure that these failures are really from bug 1679408? I dug into the test and I'm not sure how they could possibly interact, tbf.

But I can look anyways I guess.

Taking a closer look, bug 1568831 landed suspiciously close. I'm ~sure this is fallout from that bug instead of mine.

We had failure in tests calling TestActor getEyeDropperColorValue method as
we were getting an empty string back.
I couldn't reproduce, but I suspect that it can happen that even if the element
is visible, the text isn't rendered yet somehow.
To fix this issue, we wait until we do get a non empty string for the color-value
element.
