Mozilla 1.2a (Build ID: 2002091014) running on Mac OS X v10.2 - iBook (700MHz)
The up/down scroll buttons do not work. Scrolling can be done by dragging the
indicator on the scroll bar or by the scroll wheel of the Logitech Cordless
Wheel Mouse. Clicking the up/down arrow buttons change their colors to blue
showing that they are receiving the clicks but the page does not scroll.

Reporter, I'm assuming that you're using the classic Mozilla skin, in which case
this is another (yawn!) duplicate of bug 161365. Resolving as such.
