The search settings icon at the bottom of the address bar results pane is changing. I pulled the attached icon directly from the Figma board, but we should check with UX if there's some other icon they want us to use -- perhaps a direct export from Sketch or the like?

The icon will be handed to engineering from UX as the icons are still being designed by our contractor. We shouldn't pull icons directly from Figma.

We have a https://docs.google.com/document/d/114gLvaDoZpYnhtK_pPGgbMizphBbjrKp23_YHmWHHLE which provides links to where to find the new icon assets, suggested procedure and tracking spreadsheet for icon updates.

Hey sfoster,

From what I can tell, it looks like no new icon was created for search settings. The old icon is the settings.svg gear, which is being replaced already in bug 1699889... so presuming there's no search settings icon that we've somehow missed, is this INVALID?

Right - but Figma contained a bunch of theoretical icons that weren't the finals... was this one supposed to be created, but wasn't?

According to KatieC, the Figma icon was a placeholder. The plan is to continue using the settings.svg gear, which will be updated in bug 1699889.
