Bug 1689200 tracks unfocusing the address bar after any outside clicks. This will track unfocusing the address bar after panels open any other way, like with a keyboard shortcut. This is separate from bug 1626741 because that tracks the opposite problem: closing other panels when the address bar panel opens.
