Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to porterandyork.com login page: https://porterandyork.com/my-account/
  2. Click above of the email/password fields

Expected result
The logins autocomplete dropdown should not be opened as long as the click is done outside of the email field.

Actual Result
The logins autocomplete dropdown is opened. Please see the screencast for more details.

Notes

  • Reproducible on Chrome? No, the saved logins dropdown is not opened but a flicker of the Email field is noticeable also on Chrome.
  • Regression-range: not a regression, reproduced on Fx70

I think this issue has exactly the same root cause as Bug 1691430
