The new calendar dialog and the subscribe dialog should be different.
You can't subscribe to a local file, and you can't add a calendar to a remote
location.

I have another suggestion: (based on what I saw today you are able to store a
calendar on a remote location)
1. Merge down the Tools Menu
1.1 Remove "Launch Wizard"
1.2 Merge down "Import from File" and "Subscribe to Remote Calendars"
into menu entry "Import Calendar" (Tools -> Import Calendar)
When the user selects this menu he/she is prompted with a dialog (wizard) like
in MailNews when adding a new account.
(X) Import From File
( ) Import From a remote Location
2. Merge down "Export to File" and "Publish" into "Export Calendar"
then launch a wizard like the above with the menu entries:
(X) Export to File
( ) Export to a remote Loction
I guess this will not met everybodies imagination, so I would propose a
different approach.
The Menuitems should be renamed to "Import Calendar" "Export Calendar" "Add
Remote Calendar" if you think merging it down into the "Import Calendar" and
"Export Calendar" is no option.
I just think that "Launch Wizard" could be replaced by just "Wizard" and that
"Subscribe to Remote ..." is not the best description
(I'm thinking of localization, how the translated string would fit into the
Tools Menu. In German it would be "Entfernten Kalendar registrieren")

This is done now. I've moved the new calendar and subscribe calendar to
different files, and removed the wizard, which caused more problems than it solved.
