We listen for a clearLogpointMessages event which is never emitted (
https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/search?q=clearLogpointMessages&path=&case=false&regexp=false)

This was used by webreplay, and the event was removed in https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/diff/c41e5432b3c509f98e79af9e0e234e43ce02d02d/devtools/client/debugger/src/client/firefox/commands.js , but not the listener of the event.
