[Prerequisites]:

• Have this user.js saved to your PC.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Create a new profile but do not open the browser.
2. Go to the profile folder and paste the "user.js" from prerequisites.
3. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites using the "--first-startup" argument.
4. Observe the top-right part of the "about:welcome" page's first slide.

[Expected result]:

• The "Have an account? Sign in" string is displayed in the top-right part of the page.

[Actual result]:

• The "Have an account? Sign in" string is not displayed at all.

[Additional Notes]:

• This issue is not reproducible with the experiment's "Control" branch.
• This issue is reproducible on both "Treatment A" and "Treatment B" branches.
• Attached a screenshot of the issue.

For the scope of this experiment, this is intentional. (The mockups on the experiment Mana page should also reflect no "Sign In" link on treatment branches.) Right now, the template for multistage about:welcome only allows for one secondary button (in this case the secondary button is the « not now » button). We're planning on changing this before rolling any of these treatments out to production, but it requires some code changes that will have to ride trains.
