According to the design spec, the submenu arrow should be further from the edge (about 2em away).
Also, the size of the arrow doesn't scale up with the font size (e.g. if the OS text size is increased, the height of the menu item increases but the arrow stays the same size).

I also noticed while trying out this patch that the context menu navigation
icons really need to also scale with the font size, so I've fixed that here
along with the submenu arrows.
