Details

We want to do a deploy for socorro-submitter tagged 2021.02.11.

It consists of the following:

f50dfc2: Set docker version in CircleCI config (willkg)
eef17db: pyupgrade pass (#28) (willkg)
06ffd1d: bug 1691999: update socorro-submitter dev environment (willkg)
877e412: bug 1691999: add my.env rule so building doesn't fail (willkg)
cce0ee8: bug 1691999: fix incorrect comment (willkg)
049adcd: Update cryptography (willkg)
3303d18: bug 1680067: support payload_compressed (willkg)

Jason did this just now. Further, we updated the cloudops-docs for deploying this.
