Steps to reproduce:

I love the idea behind Master Password (aka Primary Password). It protects my banking information, all important username, and password. I don't have to worry about someone taking a peek at about:login (aka Firefox Lockwise) because there is a wall between a normal user and an administrative user (aka owner). And this wall is what we call "master password". I feel completely safe.

But there is a problem. This problem is related to what we call "annoyance". When you do the same thing multiple times in the name of security, it starts to become painful.

What's my proposal is?
A about:config option which triggers a change in behavior for Master Password, where browser prompt password only when he/she goes to about:login page to see username/password.

This will bring peace to users' minds. Having to type a password multiple times per day while opening the browser slowly starts to get on your nerve. Family members can't use the browser because they will be asked for a master password repeatedly. There are so many real-life scenarios where you might don't want to type passwords in front of other people. The master password prompts in an unnecessary situation decrease the value of "master password" astonishingly. I don't think it's a good idea. We need a break.

Please do something about this.
