1692472 - Tweak the light mode simulation icon

At lower size/dpi , the icon looks a bit like the cog one.
It would be nice to find/create another one that looks more distinct from the cog

I like it a lot. Much easier to distinguish from a cog icon, and seems to render nicely on my old lowdpi screen :)

The sun icon is modified so it doesn't look similar to the settings icon we're
using through devtools.
