should be updated so that:

• it is displayed using the window modal prompt infrastructure and inherits that styling
• it uses sentence case for the buttons ("Sign out", not "Sign Out") and title ("Sign out of Firefox account?")
• the checkbox reads: Delete data from this device (passwords, history, bookmarks, etc.) (no more "logins", drop trailing .)
