I don't think it's useful to have multiple links in the notification. A comment can potentially have 3:

  1. User sending the notifications: that's not really needed, because I can find the link (if necessary) when I actually check the comment.
  2. Project: not intuitive that clicking the project will take me to the comment.
  3. Link to users quoted in the comment itself. Again, I'll find it in the comment.

I think it would be useful to only have one link to the comment itself.
