The test doesn't change from July, this means something became slower.
If this is permanent from a certain point on, it should be possible to find what made it slower, but no changeset in that range stands out.
There's some GC changes that maybe can cause a GC work skew to happen during this test.

This is also just a few seconds over the timeout, so I think there's not much to investigate here, we should either speed-up, split or enlarge the timeout.
For how the test is built (avoiding repeated boilerplate) splitting it doesn't sound like an option.
There is also a disable sub test in bug 1641770 that would require more time if enabled.

All in all, I'd just enlarge the timeout.
