Right now, we show autocomplete dropdown as long as the field is focused.
This is a meta bug to track cases that might perform better if we show autocomplete dropdown only when there is an user interaction.

The meta keyword is there, the bug doesn't depend on other bugs and there is no activity for 12 months.
