Details

Some websites such as YouTube briefly flash a visual indicator when the video state changes. A few examples:

• Play/Pause
• Time change (seeking, fast-forwarding, etc...)
• Fullscreen
• Volume change

It would be nice if the PiP window displayed these same visual indicators. In the case some of these controls are disabled for PiP via site overrides, then we can show some "disabled" icon.
