While evaluating all of the app/hamburger menu notification banners as part of the Proton project, UX identified that the "[extension] requires new permissions" one only displays one line of text instead of wrapping to more lines as other notifications can do, and they asked me (I happened to be the engineer in the meeting) to look into what it would take to fix that. I did that, and I think I might have a simple patch.
