The metrics for the application-services "logins" and "places" Android components are due to expire soon. Both have 2 classes of metrics - counts (including error counts, so we can calculate the error percentage) and timing information.
We believe the "counts" metrics have ongoing value on our existing dashboard, and would be likely to help us identify if we shipped something silly like invalid SQL in a rarely used portion of the code. As a result, I'm going to request these never expire.
The "timing" metrics have less use, so in the interests of only keeping metrics we think have value, these will be removed.
I'll attach the data review form soon.

:markh Our data-review policy requires an IC email to be responsible for permanent collections. I indicated this in the linked PR, once that is addressed you should be good for me to data-review +.

Removing extra data-review+ that I added trying to clear a sticky BMO notification... nothing to worry about.
