This appears to be a Linux-specific regression that started with buildid 20210114083245 (when nightly was version 86). Unfortunately we didn't catch it during nightly triage and it slipped to release. There's a few comments from users mentioning this immediately happened when they opened Firefox 86 after upgrading from 85.
