Using 1.2a (2002091016/linux): The block images function does not block images, just hide them, at least often. An example is cnn.com. I am blocking images from ar.atwola.com and they dont get shown on the page, as expected. However, the status bar message shows that data is transferred from ar.atwola.com and the page info -> media dialog shows that each of the images is actually there. This is wrong, because it defeats the major reasons why image blocking is desired in the first place: avoid IP tracking from the server from where the image comes, avoid the traffic volume necessary for the images, and avoid the wait necessary until the images are downloaded from often slow servers. Just hiding a distracting image is of less importance compared to these functions which are all obviously not working correctly. It is also misleading, because most of the users will assume that "blocking" means "no server hit and no transfer".
